Carly Radomski: (Youth Director/8th Grade Elite Black)
A four-year multi-sport varsity athlete at El Dorado High School, graduating in 2001. While playing at El Dorado she earned All-Empire League, All-County and All-CIF honors. She was also a four-year scholar athlete. Coach Radomski went on to play Division II basketball at Cal State Bakersfield. She began her coaching career at Canyon High School and then returned to El Dorado as the girls JV coach for 3 seasons, helping to develop their current varsity players. She has also coached at various youth levels. Coach Radomski has received her BA, MA, and Teaching Credential from Azusa Pacific University. She has been with OC Elite for 4 years coaching successful teams at the 7th and 8th grade level. As the new Youth Director she hopes to bring excitement and passion back into the program. |

| Tamaiya Smith: (7th Grade) |
| Taimaya Smith is an alumni of Valencia High School in Valencia, CA where she played 4 years on the varsity team. During college at California State University Fullerton on a full ride scholarship, she played 2 years. As an undergraduate, she coached for 1 year at CSUF. Coach Smith was a Varsity Assistant Coach at Santa Ana High School for one season. She graduated with a B.S. in Criminal Justice and a B.A. in Human Serviceswiht a concentration in persons with disabilities from Cal State Fullerton. She also worked at Bogifit Youth Conditioning Center for 2 years in Anaheim Hills, CA as well as a Basketball Personal trainer for 6 years. |

| Lindsay Allen: (6th Grade Elite Orange) |
| A four year multi-sport varsity athlete at Orange Lutheran High School , graduating in 2005. During her time at Orange Lutheran, she helped lead her team to four years of league championships, earned Empire League athlete of the year in 2005, Volleyball and Basketball MVP for 2004-05, first-team all CIF honors, as well as selected to play in the Orange County North vs. South All Star game. She played for a #1 nationally ranked club team and went on to receive a division one basketball scholarship to the University of California , Irvine . She has coached youth basketball through her church and also does private lessons. Coach Allen is currently in school working on her degree in Liberal Studies and Psychology, with aspirations of becoming a teacher. |
