My name is Matt Houser and I have been playing basketball my whole life. I played at Laguna Hills High School, Irvine Valley College, Chico State and then started my career as a Professional in Germany. Recently, I played for the Lucetania Division 1 Team in Portugal. Another passion of mine is training basketball players on how to improve their skills and help them to grow as an athlete. I think that a part of basketball has been lost over the years and I am trying to bring it back by teaching and coaching players the art of basketball. I train all types of players from the point guard to the centers.
Before starting the training I talk to the player and parents to find out about your goals as a basketball player; what your strengths and weaknesses are and what we can do to fix the weaknesses and improve your strengths. I will come to games whether it is High School, College or Club etc. I will also film the games and get a better knowledge of how we are improving.
