OC ELITE CLINICS YORBA LINDA
 
 

Orange County Elite Youth Clinics teaches and develops the skills of girls who are interested in learning to play basketball the right way. We focus on ball handling, shooting, attacking the basket, rebounding, defense, footwork, plyometrics and so much more.

Our Monday night clinics are for youth players ages 9-13, either just getting their start playing competitive basketball or for the elite girls who want to improve their already acquired skill set.

The clinics are offered at CrossPointe Church in Yorba Linda on Mondays from 7:00pm to 8:30pm. Our clinics are taught by coach Dominic Freeman and our youth coaches. (See Bios Below)

Your initial session is free. Be sure to fill out a liability waiver form and bring a reversible jersey, a basketball and water.

A single session is $ 20.00, 5 consecutive sessions are $ 70.00 (save 34%).

DOMINIC FREEMAN

Coach Dominic Freeman is a true Californian was born and raised in Long Beach, Ca where he started playing basketball at a young age at Walton Middle School where his Father teaches at and played for the school.

Coach Freeman then attended Long Beach Millikan where he started on Varsity all four years and was awarded Most Valuable Player 3 out of 4 years and All Conference First Team cat Millikan.

He graduated from Millikan and started his college career at Long Beach City for 2 years where he earned MVP of his team and ALL CONFERENCE FIRST TEAM both years.

Coach Freeman graduated and continued his education and basketball career at Cal State Long Beach for 2 years, where he played and was an integral part of a Big West Championship and a NCAA Division 1 Bid and played top ranked Tennessee.
Coach Freeman graduated with a BA in Kinesiology in PE K-12.

Coach Freeman has devoted his time since to coaching and given back to the schools that helped build his foundation and love of the game.
Coaching the Freshman team Boys at Millikan for a Year and assisted Varsity with Coach Jeff Boys team for 3 years. After coaching High school ball he took an assistant job at Long Beach City College and Coached the Women Basketball team for 2 years. During the summer of those years Coach Freeman acted as an assistant coach with Mike Anderson with the OC Elite 2011 teams and traveled with the team.

Coach Freeman is now the Head Coach for the Lakewood High School Girls Basketball Program and also is the Yorba Linda Youth team Coach for the 7th/8th grade team and devotes much of his time to the development of youth girls basketball in this area. As well runs the Monday Night Girls Youth at Cross Point Church.

Coach Freeman is committed to helping young athletes enhance their skills and being prepared to compete with confidence to reach their dreams and goals. Making their good better and their better, the best that they can possibly be.
